Where is your bakery located?

Our bakery is run from home in Melbourne. We are fully certified and insured as a commercial kitchen.

Is there a minimum order on cookies?

No, you can order one cookie if you want however, it's not cheaper for you due to shipping cost, we suggest minimum 6 cookies as shipping prices are same as one, we bake each order fresh as they come in. We do not sell stock from our fridge, we are committed to the freshest quality ingredients for the best sugary treats!

What are my shipping options?

We offer free shipping via Australia Post for all orders over $100

If you are in Melbourne and wish to pick-up your order or have it couriered instead, please contact us at info@sugarnibs.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

How long will my order take to post?

We endeavor to get your order to you within 2-3 business days all our shipping to you is express shipping anywhere in Australia, however, being a small, family-run bakery and in the interest of only using the freshest ingredients, on slow weeks we may only bake batches on one particular day. We will endeavor to inform customers of any delays and do offer expedited service options for rush orders.

Where can I find the ingredients and allergen information?

The ingredients and allergen information of all cookies is available on their respective pages as well as attached to the cookie packaging with a small sticker. You can rest assured that anybody who receives a Sugar Nib cookie as a gift will have all of the allergen information that they need on the packaging.

Can I customise the labels on the packaging?

Yes! We can print custom labels for the cookies' packaging, perfect as gifts for weddings, baby showers and other major events.
